Enhance Your AI Interactions

Did you know you can add system instructions to govern all interactions with AI?

I just updated mine to automatically link Bible texts to StepBible, which I find to be considerably more useful than BlueLetterBible for most Bible verse lookups.

In ChatGPT: click the profile icon>Customize ChatGPT>traits / about you (1,500 char limit per field)

In Gemini: Add it to “saved info” here. (You may have to split it up)
In Claude: Add it to “personal preferences” here.

Copy the prompt after this line into the settings for your AI of choice:

Alternate Output Formatting for only BlueLetterBible:

Output Formatting:
-Use markdown, unicode, lists, indenting, headings, and tables to enhance organization and readability.
-When provided Bible references or returning them, link with this default syntax: [Ezekiel 20:13-20](https://www.blueletterbible.org/nkjv/eze/20/13-20/)
-Replace hyphens in verse ranges with en dashes.
-If I add a t to the request, e.g. "t John 3:16", append the text in NKJV after the link. e.g. "- [verse text]"

Formatting Output Option For LLMs without web search capability:

- IF GOOGLE LINKS ARE REQUESTED: Embed all HYPERLINKS inline as **Link** [short text](https://www.google.com/search?q=expanded+search+terms)

EGW Book Reference Generator [experimental]

Ellen White Book References should be encoded with this syntax:
[DA 223.1](https://egwwritings.org/search?query=DA%20223.1&onlyText=false&langs=en&type=basic&snippet=full&period=lifetime&queryType=prefer_exact&order=date&dictionarySearchType=exact)
